Brandflare has three paid tiers — Starter, Pro, and Agency — plus a free 14-day trial. The tiers follow one idea: Starter and Pro differ in the depth of tracking on your brand (prompts, competitors, cadence, analysis features), while Agency adds breadth — more brands, plus white-label reporting for client work. Current pricing is always on the pricing page; this page explains what each limit actually buys you.

Every plan, including Starter, includes the full measurement core: sweeps across all four engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude), the AI Visibility Score, the prompt matrix, competitor share of voice, and accuracy flags checked against your verified facts.
The free trial
Every account starts with a 14-day trial at Pro depth, no credit card required: 1 brand, 5 tracked competitors, 40 prompts, daily sweeps, narrative analysis, AI crawler analytics, and email alerts. White-label report links are the one Pro-tier-adjacent feature the trial doesn't include — those are Agency-only.
The trial is deliberately deep rather than long: two weeks of daily sweeps at full panel size gives you a real baseline and real trend data, which is what you need to judge whether the product earns a subscription. When the trial ends without an upgrade, your workspace becomes read-only — your data and history are preserved, but sweeps stop. The same read-only state applies to canceled or expired subscriptions.
What the limits mean in practice
Prompts (15 vs 40). Your prompt panel is your measurement surface. Fifteen prompts cover a category's core buying questions; forty add sub-niches, use cases, and comparison angles — and make every metric more stable, since each prompt is another observation averaging out engine noise.
Sweep frequency (weekly vs daily). Weekly sweeps give you a reliable trend line; daily sweeps give you detection speed — a new false claim or a competitor displacement shows up tomorrow, not next week. Weekly sweeps run on a fixed weekday assigned per brand, so the cadence is consistent even though it's less frequent. Details in how sweeps work.
Competitors (2 vs 5). Tracked competitors are measured from the same answers as your brand — each slot adds a head-to-head comparison and feeds share of voice. Two slots cover your closest rivals; five cover a realistic consideration set.
Narrative analysis (Pro and Agency). Beyond the structured metrics, the judge writes a narrative read of how answers frame your brand — the qualitative layer on top of mention counts.
AI crawler analytics (Pro and Agency). Forward your server or CDN logs to Brandflare and it identifies AI crawler and fetcher traffic on your site — evidence of which AI systems are actually reading your content. Non-AI traffic is ignored, so you can forward unfiltered logs.
Email alerts (Pro and Agency). When a sweep surfaces new high-severity accuracy flags, you get an email the same day. Without alerts, flags still appear on the dashboard — you just have to go look. See accuracy monitoring and flags.
White-label client reports (Agency). Shareable report links you can put in front of clients without Brandflare branding, plus team seats. This, and the 10-brand portfolio, is the agency toolkit — the operating model is covered in GEO for agencies.
Choosing a tier
- Starter if you want to know where you stand: one brand, your two closest competitors, and a weekly trend line on the core buying questions.
- Pro if you're actively working to improve: daily detection, the full 40-prompt panel, five competitors, alerts when something goes wrong, and the analysis features. If AI visibility is on your roadmap this quarter, this is the tier the roadmap needs.
- Agency if you're running this for clients: up to 10 brands at full Pro depth each, with white-label reports to close the loop.
Since the trial runs at Pro depth, the practical path is: sign up, use the two weeks to build a baseline, then downgrade to Starter if you only need the trend line — or stay at Pro if the daily cadence and alerts proved their worth. Setup steps are in getting started.
