Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Brandflare. By subscribing you agree to them. They are written to be readable; if anything is unclear, ask us at hello@brandflare.io before you buy.

What we provide

We ask AI assistants a set of questions on a schedule, record how they describe your brand, and present the results. Your plan sets how many brands and questions you can track and how often we check.

What we don't promise

AI engines change their answers without notice, and we don't control them. We report what they said when we asked. We don't guarantee any particular score, ranking, or improvement, and measurements are estimates based on a sample of questions rather than a complete census of what every user sees.

Payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax we're required to add. If a payment fails we may suspend checks until it clears.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time from Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't pro-rate part-periods. If something went materially wrong on our side, contact us — we'd rather sort it out than argue about it.

Your content

The brands, questions, and facts you enter remain yours. You give us permission to process them to run the service. The scores and analysis we generate are ours, and you're free to use them in your own reporting.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Brandflare to impersonate a brand you have no connection to.
• Don't resell raw access to the product without an Agency plan.
• Don't try to overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for lost profits or indirect losses arising from decisions made using our measurements.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by cancelling. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay, and we'll tell you why.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
