Museum of the Future is a Dubai-based immersive science, technology and innovation museum and futures institution, opened on 22 February 2022 as an initiative of the Dubai Future Foundation. Housed in a 77-metre-tall, seven-storey torus-shaped building on Sheikh Zayed Road designed by Killa Design, its stainless-steel facade is inscribed with Arabic calligraphy quoting Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Visitors travel to a fictional year 2071 through exhibitions including OSS Hope, Heal Institute, Al Waha, Tomorrow Today and Future Heroes, designed in part by ATELIER BRÜCKNER. Beyond ticketed visits, it acts as a platform for global foresight dialogue, hosting the Dubai Future Forum and serving as headquarters of the Global Futures Society. It has welcomed more than 5 million visitors and is scheduled to close in September 2026 ahead of a 2027 relaunch with new exhibitions.
